The most important part of the studio is a glass walled conservatory built into the garden of the main house.\u00a0 This provides a pleasant outlook onto the small, walled, back garden which Al\u00e1n’s green fingers have turned into a little paradise.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\tEquipment\n\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t

It contains a large table for sculpting, with turntables and implements for teaching classes of up to 8 students.\u00a0 The walls are lined with racks and cupboards for clay, equipment and sculptures in the making.\u00a0 An electric kiln occupies one corner and the gas kiln lives in the garden.<\/p>\n\t\t\t

The large rectangular entrance into the main house from the conservatory leads to more racks and tables for sculptures, the clay wedging table and an easel for painting.<\/p>\n
